Get that business done

Many fall not because of fouls or they are fools, or lack of integrity. They fail to undergo program main-stream and strategic planning of what they really want in life. by the way many small business is not that they lack enough capital or personnel to achieve their goals. all they need is just proper ladder of personnel management and strategic marketing plans.
Sometimes the owner presence doesn't guarantee a full turn out of targeted audience or hiring doctorate employee regard a total turn over of business success, getting a hectic day with books and reviewing your business accounts wont help you solve the problems of  your company or idea growing or beckoning your employees will bring you any amount of cash or even add those zeros in your business account.
Being pregnant with business idea, visualizing and implementing the idea is not the end of it.many unsuccessful business are as result of satisfaction. yes! they have seen the business is growing and heading to the direction but fail to maintain it's course. viewing success is the beginning of failing. once you count on how the journey and how much you have achieved sometimes brings laziness and slowing of things. i don't say you discriminate  yourself as a failure, no, what i simply mean is don't slow the phase that you started with your vision is accomplished when you are laid to rest  (when you die). the biggest dream killer is procrastination or view of success.

• solution is just keep on pushing,
•  learn the current trends of marketing, 
• implement and strategize on those trends,
•  invest more on marketing rather than sales ( marketing is what produces sales), 
• invest on talents rather than papers. papers sometimes bring frustrations at the end you may either hire qualified but not determined  personnel.
•  lastly, know your targets, learn from your targets then set a program for them to watch, let them watch what they want not what you think they would like.
